Technical Development Head (Java)

Responsibilities:
  • Management of outsourced projects from various clients worldwide (US, UK, Australia)
  • Coordination with clients on project plan, scope, requirements and cost.
  • Monitoring of project health status on a weekly basis.
  • Development of standard development process and procedures based on Agile methodologies
  • Provide guidance on software design and architecture.
  • Escalation and resolution of technical and development issues.
  • Management of resources for allocation to various projects.
  • Ensure operations are performing on best practices and industry standard project management activities.
  • Development and improvement of technical and operational skills of project teams.

Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years experience in project management and software development.
  • Must have technical background in Enterprise Java Development.
  • Must have experience managing teams of at least 30 developers.
  • Must have extensive experience in dealing with foreign clients.
  • Must have experience in software development process and agile methodologies.
