JAVA Trainees

Responsibilities:

As Java Trainee, you will undergo extensive training on various Enterprise Java technologies including HTML, JQuery, Spring, Hibernate / JPA. The opportunity to learn is limitless...

This program includes 3 month training on various topics and you are expected to pass the monthly programming tests in order to proceed to the next training level.  After passing all the tests, you will become a proud bonafide Ideyatech programmer.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Must have good logic formulation skills and programming experience.

Candidate must have a passion for programming and technology.

Must be knowledgeable in core Java language and object oriented concepts.

Must be familiar with SQL and database queries.

Fresh graduate with good conduct and scholastic records are encouraged to apply.

Willing to work in Ortigas.

Javascript/JQuery Developer

Responsibilities: 
 
As a Javascript/JQuery Developer, you are expected to:

• Develop dynamic web-based applications using JQuery.
• Ensure cross-browser compability of your codes.
• Integrate with Java back-end functionalities.
• Attend daily meetings with our US counterpart.
• And most importantly, have fun while developing state-of-the-art application

Requirements:

• Experienced in using Javascript, Ajax and JQuery
• Experienced in cross-browser HTML and CSS
• Knowledgeable in Java technologies (JSP, Servlets)
• Strong Object Oriented Concepts with Java skills
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

Senior Java Developers

As Senior Java developer, we expect you to lead and perform analysis, design, code and testing of application modules/ projects assigned to you. You will be involved in design sessions, peer reviews and unit testing of various modules. Requirements:

Senior Java Developers who demonstrates expertise/competence in the following technologies:

Technologies	Level (Out of 10 required)
Core Java	8 or above
Servlet / JSP	8 or above
JSF / Richfaces	6 or above
Spring	7 or above(set-up and configuration)
Hibernate	7 or above(config and caching knowledge)
CVS / SVN	Must know the process of branching/tagging/merging
Database	SQL knowledge must be above 8
Framework	MVC concept is a must

• Has demonstrated strong project management, leadership, and mentoring skills is desired. 
• Must display ability to learn in a short time, can work under pressure and on minimum supervision.

Job Description:

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in Java/J2EE 
• Experienced with web 2.0 technologies (Javascript, Ajax, YUI, DWR) 
• Experienced in using Spring, Spring MVC, and Hibernate 
• Experienced in applying various design patterns 
• Experienced in using XML, JavaScript, GWT, JSP and JQuery 
• Experience using RDBMS and SQL 
• Strong Object Oriented Concepts with Java skills 
• Familiar in Agile practices (e.g. Junit, continuous integration)
• Has a passion for web technologies, the drive to innovate and the motivation to develop cutting-edge products 
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
