Senior Java Developers

As Senior Java developer, we expect you to lead and perform analysis, design, code and testing of application modules/ projects assigned to you. You will be involved in design sessions, peer reviews and unit testing of various modules. We practice agile methodology, so expect a dynamic and fun environment with fast turn-around of quality-driven deliverables.

Requirements:

Senior Java Developers who demonstrates expertise/competence in the following technologies:

Technologies	Level (Out of 10 required)
Core Java	8 or above
Servlet / JSP	8 or above
JSF / Richfaces	6 or above
Spring	7 or above(set-up and configuration)
Hibernate	7 or above(config and caching knowledge)
CVS / SVN	Must know the process of branching/tagging/merging
Database	SQL knowledge must be above 8
Framework	MVC concept is a must

• Has demonstrated strong project management, leadership, and mentoring skills is desired. 
• Must display ability to learn in a short time, can work under pressure and on minimum supervision. 
• Must be Versatile, Flexible, Proactive, Analytical, Disciplined and Self-motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal, English written and oral communication skills.
